Ho'oponopono: The Hawaiian Code of Forgiveness

The Hawaiian Code of Forgiveness

Have you ever wanted to improve your relationship with others, heal your past or make all the wrongs, right? Ho’oponopono “to make right” is a healing process used by ancient Hawaiians of the past and those that practice Huna today to align with and clean up our genealogy as well as to clean up our relationships with other people in our lives.  When we forgive others we are forgiving ourselves.

Ho’oponopono 1 is focused on everyone in our lives.

The first part is an explanation of the process of Ho’oponopono.  The second part of this audio is the guided process.  This is a recording from a live event in which we experienced the Ho’oponopono process with everyone in our lives.

Ho’oponopono 2 is focused on a specific individual that may have wronged you, what we will call the transgressor.

Because this audio contains closed eye, guided meditations and visualizations, we recommend that you listen to it in a safe, comfortable environment. This is not intended for use while driving a car or doing any other activity.
